Search a patient on EHR and working with the data.

CompliantChatGPT allows you to pull patient data directly into the chat and send information back to the EHR when you’re done. Here’s how to use the integration once your account is connected.

1. Confirm Your Integration Setup

Before searching for a patient, make sure your EHR integration is active.
If you haven’t set it up yet, follow the instructions in our Integration Setup guide.

2. Link a Patient From the Chat

1. Open a chat in CompliantChatGPT.

2. In the upper-right area, next to Custom Mode, click Link Patient.

3. A pop-up window will appear with a search bar.

4. Type the patient’s name to find the correct record.

5. Select the patient and click Import Patient Data.

The system will upload the information and let you know when the import is complete.

3. View Patient Information in the Chat

Once the data is imported, you’ll see the patient details available in the chat.  You can click through the information to review demographics, clinical notes, history, or any fields made available through your EHR connection.

You can now ask the AI to help analyze, summarize, or work with the patient’s information.
