Security & BAA
To ensure full HIPAA compliance, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required with Compliant. Your organization must also have a separate BAA with Zoom, as the agreement with Compliant applies exclusively to our services.
Step 01: Authorize Connection
Initiate the integration flow from your Compliant settings or the Zoom App Marketplace.
Step 02: Record
Start your Zoom meeting and ensure Cloud Recording and Transcription are enabled.
Step 03: Automatic Processing
Once the meeting ends and Zoom finishes processing the recording, Compliant automatically downloads and analyzes the transcript.
