Getting started

Get started using CompliantChatGPT

When you first log in, you’ll land on your main workspace. This is where you can chat with the AI, upload files, and use features like live transcription or session recording. The example questions on the screen are simply suggestions, you can ask anything you need.

Choosing an AI Model

In the upper-left corner, you’ll see a menu where you can select the model you want to use whether it is GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 Mini and Gemini 2.5 Flash or Pro.

Using Modes

In the upper-right corner, you’ll find a list of built-in modes created for healthcare use such as Bloodwork Analysis, Differential Diagnosis, Treatment Planner, and SOAP Notes.
If you scroll to the bottom of that menu or simply next to the button, you’ll see your custom modes, which you or your team can create and manage. You can learn more about custom modes here.

The left sidebar gives you quick access to:

  • “New Chat”

  • Your plan details

  • Settings

  • Onboarding steps if you are new on the site. 

Settings Overview

In the Settings page, under the Account tab, you can:

  • Update your profile information

  • Enable two-factor authentication

  • Request a BAA

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Delete your account
