Files Management
Audio files
Audio files such as .mp3, .mpga, .m4a, and .wav can be uploaded to the platform. Each file can be up to 1 hour or 10 MB. These files are transcribed and turned into structured, accurate notes while keeping all patient information protected under HIPAA.
Here's how the process works:
1. Transcription
Your audio is converted into text. We treat this text as clinical data and protect it accordingly.
2. Secure Processing
The AI then processes the text.
It can:
Summarize visits
Extract key findings
Prepare structured notes (Like SOAP)
Answer questions about the encounter
Throughout this step, the AI only works with de-identified information, and all information (transcripts, notes, and outputs) is encrypted end-to-end. Remember, only authorized users can access data.
